We recommend JOLT Bolt model rather than JOLT Mini for any pathology or (very) serious discomfort. JOLT Bolt has a more important amplitude (depth of massage) allowing to treat the area with a better result.

The amplitude of JOLT™ Bolt is 14mm and JOLT™ Mini is 10mm. The amplitude directly impacts the percussion bursts as it increases blood flow, and therefore decreases recovery time by relieving muscle pain. Any massage gun with an amplitude of less than 10mm provides an inadequate and low quality massage.

The pressure applied by JOLT™ is measured in kg. JOLT™ Bolt can apply a maximum pressure of 30kg and JOLT™ Mini applies a maximum pressure of 8kg.

JOLT™ features a 3-minute "sleep" function: it will automatically shut down after 3 minutes of not operating to save your battery and for your safety. If you want to resume operation, press any button on the LCD screen or turn on the power switch at the bottom of the handle again.

JOLT™ Mini : Up to 4 hours depending on the speed you choose.

Press the button on the bottom of the handle for 2 seconds to turn on JOLT™ Mini. Then briefly press it once to select speed 1, briefly press it a second time to select speed 2, and briefly press it a third time to select speed 3. To turn off JOLT™ Mini, long press (2 seconds) the circular button at the bottom of the handle.

To save the battery and prevent the motor from overheating, JOLT™ Mini locks automatically after 10 minutes. Because of the smaller size of JOLT™ Mini, more care is needed to expel hot air. JOLT™ Mini can be turned on again after a few minutes of pause.

We apply it at the end of the manufacturing process to protect your screen until you receive the product. Gently scratch with your fingernail at the screen end ( and the areas on the side where the logo is), you will lift off the thin protective film : remove it completely so that your screen is totally smooth :)

Our recovery boots are available in 3 sizes: S/M, L and XL
Just measure the length of your legs with a tape measure. Measure from your crotch to your heel (feet flat) as shown in the image below.
• Size S/M : suitable for inside leg length up to 84cm ( indicative height of the person : from 1,65m to 1,84m)
• Size L : For an inside leg length of 85cm to 94cm (indicative height of the person: 1,85m to 1,94m)
• Size XL : cfits inside leg length of 95cm and more (indicative height of the person: from 1,95m)

If you are under 5'5"(1,65m), you can turn off the upper chamber, this option allows you to use our compression boots even if they are a bit big for you.

YES, if your legs are thin, selecting a high pressure will make the JOLT Boots inflate more. You can select a pressure between 80mmHg (10.67kPa) and 260mmHg (34.66kPa)

Pull your boots up as well as possible. Only the tips of your toes should stick out at the end. Your entire leg will benefit in this way from the compression technology. Keep your legs as horizontal as possible when using your JOLT Boots.

Make sure the air hoses are not tangled or kinked, this would prevent the air from circulating properly and therefore the chambers would not inflate.

A small triangle-shaped notch on each end cap indicates the proper direction of connection. Please "clip" each end cap by matching this triangle with the associated notch. If the boots do not inflate properly, do not inflate or inflate in the wrong direction, usually this is because you have connected one of the tips in the wrong way. Please check the connection of all toe caps.

This problem can happen when a sealing ring comes off its end cap.

Should the sealing ring have been damaged or fallen off, please replace it with the additional sealing rings provided.

Replace the seal ring of the "single or double adapter" or "connecting hose" immediately if lost. Apply lubricant (oil, Vaseline, etc.) to the seal ring after the replacement operation. This will reduce the friction at the connector. If lubricant is not applied, the decreased friction during connection may result in leakage of the sealing ring.

Note: There are 2 different sealing rings, to avoid mistakes, please refer to the following diagram. There is a picture of each sealing ring on the 2 plastic bags to avoid any mistake.

You can stay in underwear, but we recommend that you use your compression boots with skinny, slim fit jogger pants for comfort and hygiene. Do not wear jeans and do not put objects in your pockets that could damage the air chambers during the compression process.

The 2 recovery boots are the same, both can be used on the left or right leg.

You can select a pressure between 80mmHg (10.7kPa) and 260mmHg (34.7kPa). For example, 240mmHg is the pressure in a fully inflated volleyball. Everyone has a different pressure sensitivity, the aim is not to hurt yourself by using the highest pressure level, your aim is to recover optimally. Test and select the pressure of your choice, it should never be uncomfortable.

The air will release itself by waiting. If you want to get the air out quickly because you are in a hurry to put your compression boots away, you can unplug the connecting hoses from each leg and use your hands to press down on the inflated chambers.

Wearing underwear and socks when using JOLT Boots is recommended to prevent the transmission of infections caused by the number of people using the same pair of sleeves.

In an emergency or in case of physical discomfort (pain, paralysis, dyspnea, dizziness, etc.), it is strongly recommended to immediately press the stop button or remove the inflatable connecting hose.

For the elderly and people with low arterial elasticity, the pressure can be gradually increased during the sessions before reaching the required pressure. Never start with too high pressure, but gradually increase the intensity. It is important to keep your body lying down and relaxed as possible when using the sleeve.

Yes, the JOLT™ Body Align system is not a set of lines that you must follow to the letter. It's a way to check that your body is aligned. You can use all or part of the lines based on your body size and shape.

With our alignment system, you'll be able to spot and correct bad habits or technique you weren't aware of before. A quick and easy check lets you modify each pose to improve your practice instantly.

Our mat is especially helpful when a trainer is not with you, because our alignment system helps you check your own posture and self-correct.

Our floor mat incorporates a center line, horizontal markers, center point, reverse points and 45° lines. You can choose to use the lines in any of your poses as you wish.

Especially in yoga, they are helpful for aligning your feet in the position you want for poses that are not perpendicular to the center line, such as warrior or triangle poses.

- Remove the charger from the battery after the light turns green to extend the life of the battery. We strive to make JOLT as safe as possible. It is an advanced mechanical device with electrical components. Failure to use or maintain JOLT and its accessories safely can result in injury. When using JOLT, these basic precautions should always be followed.

USE ONLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS
Use the product as described in the precautions for use. Use only recommended JOLT attachments and replacement parts. Do not perform any maintenance or operation other than recommended by JOLT

NOT FOR CHILDREN
JOLT is not to be used by young children or persons with reduced physical, sensory or reasoning abilities, or with lack of experience and knowledge, unless a responsible person has received supervision or instruction. JOLT is not a toy. Particular care should be taken when it is used by or near a child. Children should be supervised to make sure they do not play with JOLT devices or chargers.

PREVENT THE RISK OF INJURY
JOLT should be charged only with the charger provided. Other chargers may cause personal injury and permanent damage to the internal battery.

USE THE JOLT DEVICE ONLY WITH JOLT BATTERIES
Usage of other batteries may cause a risk of fire, electric shock or injury.

APPROPRIATE CHARGING PLACES
JOLT should be charged indoors in a well ventilated and dry area. Do not charge JOLT outdoors, in the bathroom or closer than 10 feet to a bathtub or swimming pool. Do not use JOLT or the charger on damp surfaces and do not expose the charger to moisture, rain or snow. Do not use JOLT or the charger in the presence of explosive atmospheres (gas fumes, dust or flammable materials). Using the charger in such an environment could cause sparks and possibly fire.

UNPLUG THE CHARGER
To avoid damage to the charger plug or cable, pull on the charger plug, not the cable. Never carry the charger by its cable. Keep the cable away from heat, oil and sharp edges. Do not use the charger with a damaged cable. Do not pull on the charger cable or subject it to inappropriate voltage. Keep the cable away from hot surfaces. Do not handle the charger, the charger terminals or JOLT with wet hands.

CHARGER MAINTENANCE
Unplug the charger when not in use. Unplug the charger from the outlet when not in use for extended periods of time. Keep the charger cable in a place where it cannot be damaged in any way. Immediately replace any damaged charger (contact us).

DO NOT OVERLOAD
Do not continue charging the battery for more than one hour after it has been fully charged. The battery has a built in protection system (BPS) to prevent overcharging. However, if the battery is overcharged, the battery life will be reduced over time.

DO NOT RESTRICT THE VENTS ON THE MOTOR
Do not block the air vents. Do not use it if there is a foreign object obstructing it. Keep away from dust, lint, hair, and anything else that may restrict ventilation. Keep hair, loose clothing and fingers away from vents and moving parts.

DO NOT BURN/INCINERATE JOLT OR ITS BATTERY
The battery may explode and cause injury or damage. Toxic emissions and toxic chemicals are released if you burn the battery.

DO NOT CRUSH, DROP OR DAMAGE THE JOLT CHARGER
Never use a charger that has been dropped, crushed, or damaged.

CHEMICALS IN THE BATTERY CAN CAUSE SEVERE BURNS
Avoid any contact of the chemicals contained in the battery with your skin, eyes or mouth. If chemicals spill, use rubber or neoprene gloves to dispose of the damaged battery. In case of contact with battery fluids, wash skin with soap and water, then rinse with vinegar. In case of contact with battery chemicals, immediately flush eyes with water for 20 minutes and seek medical attention. Remove and dispose of any contaminated clothing.

DO NOT SHORT CIRCUIT
If a metal object connects the positive and negative contacts of the battery or the 12V connector, the battery will short-circuit and a short circuited battery can cause fire and personal injury.

DO NOT OPERATE UNDER BLANKET OR PILLOW
This can cause overheating, resulting in fire, electrical shock or injury.

STORAGE OF JOLT DEVICES AND CHARGERS
Store in a dry and temperate place. Only charge the device in an ambient temperature between 0°C and 40°C. Do not store devices where temperatures may exceed 40°C, for example in direct sunlight, in a vehicle or in a metal building during the summer.

DISPOSE OF BATTERIES
JOLT lithium-ion batteries are more environmentally friendly than other types of batteries. Always use batteries according to federal, state and local regulations. Contact a recycling organization in your area for recycling locations. Even discharged batteries still contain energy. Before disposal, use electrical tape to cover the 12V connector to prevent the battery from short circuits, which could cause fire or explosion.

DO NOT DISASSEMBLE
Improper disassembly or reassembly may cause a risk of electric shock, fire or chemical exposure. The warranty will be void if the devices or charger are disassembled or if any parts are removed.

REPAIRS
Should the JOLT battery or charger not function properly, be subject to a severe impact, be dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or be dropped into water, do not use and contact us by emailing hello@getjolt.com for service. Do not attempt to repair or disassemble any device, it may result in electric shock or fire.

DO NOT USE IN THE BATH OR SINK
Do not place JOLT or the charger close to a sink. Never touch a device that has been dropped in water. Unplug immediately.

For safe use and to reduce the risk of injury or heat damage, plug the AC adapter directly into an electrical outlet. Do not use it in wet locations, like near a sink, bathtub, or shower enclosure, and do not plug or unplug with wet hands. Stop using the AC adapter if any of the following situations arise:
- The plug or pins of the AC adapter are damaged.
- The cable becomes frayed or damaged.
- The AC adapter is exposed to excessive moisture, or liquid is spilled into it.
- The AC adapter has been dropped and the case is damaged.
