DELIVERY & RETURN
All our products are in stock in our warehouses in Europe (we own and create our products, our brand and our supply chain). Your order is processed from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Order preparation time is 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday) and delivery time ranges from 24h to 4 days depending on the service you choose. Delivery times may be affected during school vacations and peak activity periods.
Delivery costs depend on how many items you order and displayed when you proceed to the order finalization stage.
Signature is usually required at the time of delivery. If you are not home at that time, you will be able to reschedule a new delivery or pick up your order at the collection point of your choice (usually the one closest to your delivery address).
You will receive a notification by email as soon as your order has been shipped. You will find the tracking number in this email, so that you can follow the delivery of your package to your home. You can also find your tracking number in your customer account on our website www.getjolt.com
We deliver throughout Europe, except for England for the moment ( because of the Brexit that complicated the free movement of products). We do not deliver to the French overseas departments and territories either because it is too expensive. If you still want to get a JOLT™ product, contact us at email@example.com and explain your case :)
Don't worry! If you are not home at the time of delivery, (depending on the shipping company) the carrier will leave a notice in your mailbox and you can either reschedule a new delivery or pick up the parcel at the center of your choice (usually the closest to your delivery address). You may also be notified by sms or email before the delivery to choose the date of your convenience.
Only our friends in Switzerland and countries outside Europe are potentially subject to import fees. Our shipments include an invoice that is used by the competent customs offices to calculate the local VAT to be collected. These additional fees are not included in the price displayed on the website and are not the responsibility of our company, but of your country. In the event that you are asked to pay these fees, you are responsible for their payment.
We would be very sorry and in case you receive an incorrect item, we invite you to contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and send us a picture of the packaging / label on the received package. We will do our best to find a solution as quick as possible!

If you return the product because it is defective, we will pay for the return. If you return the product because you have changed your mind, the return costs are at your expense. Please note that the return period is 30 days from the receipt of your order.
Please send your return request by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will give you the process to follow 😉 Once your product is returned and received by our team, we will refund you after checking the condition of the product.
For logistical and hygiene reasons, we do not make exchanges. You will be refunded for the relevant order and you will have to place another one.
We will refund you via your original payment method.
You have 30 days upon receipt of your order to return your JOLT™ .
Of course! Our products are warranted for 2 years against any manufacturing or material defect, under normal use. The warranty is effective from the day of delivery. However, the warranty will not be activated if the problem is the result of abnormal use, improper handling or intentional damage to the product, or normal wear and tear.
