Delivery & Returns


Processing time

All our products are in stock in our warehouse in France (we are not "dropshippers": we own and create our products, our brand and our supply chain). Your order is processed Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm in our warehouse. Order preparation time is 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday) and delivery time is between 24 and 72 hours depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number from the carrier so you can locate your package.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, a notice will be left in your letterbox. You can reschedule a delivery or pick up the ordered products at a collection point of your choice, within the time indicated by the carrier on the notice.


Delivery times and rates

Please note that the following deadlines do not include the processing time of your order indicated above. All orders placed on Friday after 2 PM will be processed on the following Monday.

Delivery costs depend on how many items you order and displayed when you proceed to the order finalization stage.

Delivery is made within 24 to 72 hours. Delivery times may be affected during school vacations and peak periods.

JOLT™ offers customers a 14-day right of withdrawal. The customer will be liable for the return costs. This right of withdrawal also applies to the sold-out products on our website.

Refund will be made within 14 days from the day JOLT™ receives the returned product. The buyer will have informed JOLT™ beforehand of his decision to withdraw and this must be notified via the contact form, or by email to: hello@getjolt. com

Only items returned in a condition that allows their resale (assuming they are returned in their original packaging) will be accepted. For more details, see our Terms and Conditions.

Therefore, items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be accepted.
